Terms of Service

By purchasing from the SoftBloom Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through the SoftBloom Store are considered final. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have reviewed the product, its contents, and its price before purchasing.

2. No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Once a payment has been completed and the purchased items, ranks, cosmetics, or other benefits have been delivered, the transaction cannot be refunded.

We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, unused items, incorrect purchases, or failure to use the purchased product.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal through PayPal or any other payment method after receiving a purchase is strictly prohibited.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargeback may result in the following actions:

• Immediate and permanent suspension or ban from SoftBloom SMP.
• Removal of purchased ranks, cosmetics, keys, items, or other benefits.
• Restriction from making future purchases from the SoftBloom Store.

Chargebacks should only be initiated when a payment was genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent. Attempting to abuse the payment provider's dispute system to obtain a refund while keeping purchased goods or benefits is considered payment fraud and abuse.

4. Purchase Username & Edition Identification

When making a purchase, you are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username associated with the account that should receive the purchase.

Java Edition players should enter their Minecraft username exactly as it is. No additional characters are required.

Bedrock Edition players must add a period (.) before their Minecraft username when entering their username in the store's username field. This is required to identify the account as a Bedrock player and ensure that the purchase is delivered correctly.

For example:

Java Edition:
IGN: Jonas123
Username to enter in the store: Jonas123

Bedrock Edition:
IGN: Jonas123
Username to enter in the store: .Jonas123

Do not add a period to a Java Edition username. Do not remove the period from a Bedrock Edition username.

SoftBloom is not responsible for purchases sent to an incorrect username or incorrect edition format due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.

5. Delivery of Purchases

Most purchases are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account associated with the order. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues, server maintenance, or payment processing.

If you experience a legitimate delivery issue, please contact the SoftBloom administration before opening a payment dispute.

6. Server Rules

Purchasing a rank, cosmetic, key, or any other product does not exempt you from the rules of SoftBloom SMP. All players, including paying customers, are required to follow the server rules.

Purchases do not guarantee permanent access to the server if an account is banned or suspended for violating server rules.

7. Changes to the Store

SoftBloom reserves the right to modify, replace, remove, or update store products, prices, perks, and features when necessary. Changes may be made without prior notice.

8. Agreement

By completing a purchase through the SoftBloom Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
